Can we live in the house during a full renovation?
It depends on the scope. For full gut renovations, we typically recommend making alternate arrangements for the first 4–6 weeks when mechanical and drywall work is active. We'll give you an honest assessment of what's realistic for your specific project.
How do you manage the project timeline?
We use a detailed project schedule updated weekly. You'll have a dedicated project lead who communicates daily updates and manages every trade on site. You're never left wondering what's happening.
Do you handle all the permits?
Yes. For a full home renovation, we manage the permit application process, coordinate all required inspections, and ensure the project closes out with a full permit completion.
