Material Selection & Pre-Construction
All materials confirmed and ordered before demo starts. Zero on-site decision panic.
- All selections finalized and documented in writing before work begins
- Materials ordered with sufficient lead time for the project schedule
- Long-lead items (custom cabinetry, stone, tile) ordered early to prevent delays
- Site protection and logistics planned — dust barriers, access, parking
- Trade schedule coordinated and confirmed with all subcontractors
Construction
Daily updates, organized worksite, trades sequenced for efficiency.
- Demolition phase completed with full protection of adjacent areas
- Structural, mechanical, and rough trades completed in correct sequence
- Daily worksite clean-up — you come home to an organized space
- Regular project updates — you're never left wondering what's happening
- Any unforeseen issues communicated immediately with options and costs before proceeding
Final Walkthrough & Handover
Every detail inspected together. Nothing is signed off until you're satisfied.
